Return and exchange policy:
Our customers have the right to return the goods within 14 days after the item has been sent. The item must come back in original condition without being used, cleaned or modified. Always enclose the original packaging as the packaging is counted as part of the product. All price tags and brand tags must remain on the item. If you do not follow this return policy Carls Bernsten KB is not obliged to take back the item. Be careful when you try your item at home, some garments are fragile and the customer is responsible for the goods being returned in perfect condition. In case of exchange or return, the buyer provides for the shipping. The buyer is responsible for the returned item coming back to us. If an item is returned in an inaccurate way Carls Bernsten KB is not obliged to accept the return. Once we have received and accepted your return we will make a refund of the returned items value. Normally, we adjust the return within 5 days. In special cases it may take up to 30 days which is the maximum time according to law. We will send a notification via email when the return has been completed. However, it takes a few days before you see the transaction on your account. The cost of return and any service charge are not refundable. Please note that we do not accept the goods returned to us by C.O.D or returns that are sent to the nearest post office. You have the right to return an item if the items has a manufacturing defect. The item may be returned only upon a prior approval of Carls Bernsten KB within 14 days from the date the goods are sent. Before return customer must contact the store via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. If a product that has been damaged due to improper handling or external force it will not compensated. In case of disputes Carls Bernsten KB is obliged to follow Consumer Complaints Board decision.
